SearchEmail archiving and Searching services are experiencing outage
Email archiving is experiencing outage. The core issue has been identified and is being fixed by the team. Searching is operational now.
The team idenfitied a issue with a core service in the cluster which disrupted the timely flow of journaled emails. All impacted services have been restarted and journal traffic flow is running as expected. If you need assistance clearing your queue please reach out to the help@cryoserver.com and a member of the team will assist.
The environment is currently under hightened monitoring for the next 12 hours.
